I was shopping for maternity jeans the other day because mine are starting to feel a bit too snug already. I can not believe how quickly it started to happen. I did not think I would need to be going shopping for maternity clothing for quite awhile yet. But I guess this is going to be one big healthy baby boy, or at least I sure hope so. I have always wanted a son. I do not think I would get along as well or as naturally with a girl, even though I am one myself. I have always been a bit of a tomboy and boys were always way easier for me to relate to.

I think if I have a son, we will have lots of fun together. I want to get him into playing hockey and snowboarding like I enjoy doing really early in his life. There are a lot of things I think he would enjoy learning to do in life. I will not be one of those moms who tries to live vicariously through their kids or anything, but I do want to expose him to as much of the fun there is to be had in the world as possible.
