My university diploma finally arrived in the mail yesterday. I think it is so strange that you have this big huge ceremony when you finish school where you do this thing and walk across the stage and shake every person’s hand there and all that jazz, and yet when they hand you this thing that you supposedly worked so hard for through so many years of school and doing lots and lots of hard work, there is not even anything there! It was just a blank piece of paper. They had told us already that the real diploma would be coming later. That is weird to me.

But anyway, now that I have the real thing, now I can put it into this university diploma frame that my mom bought me for a graduation gift. It was really nice of her because it is totally beautiful and it will go perfectly in my room wherever I choose to hang it. It will be great to be able to look at it all day every day as I sit in my room and I can then reflect on all the great memories I have of working hard in class and having a lot of fun in the dorms.
