For instance, a person who desired property in Del Mar could be talked into investing in real estate in La Jolla, however, time will reveal that his true desire was for a Del Mar home.  This person will in turn, not speak highly of the agent or his circumstance. It behooves a real estate agent to cultivate an honest and trustworthy approach when selling homes.  One way to do that is to remember you are not merely selling domiciles-you are selling dreams.
