Healthy Recipes

CB037263I have been on a serious nutritional mission for almost a year now. Combined with going to the gym on a very regular basis, I have been able to go from close to 30 percent body fat to just below 20 percent body fat. Those are huge numbers, and I want to stay on the bandwagon. It can be tough though.

Eating healthy certainly started out boring. Look, there is nothing at all exciting about oatmeal. It is the most boring breakfast in the world even if you lace it with honey and cinnamon. Salads can be exciting. That is unless you want the salad to be healthy! Have you seen the nutritional information such as calories that are in some of these restaurant salads?

I have been able to find some delicious healthy recipes though. And the number of recipes as well as variety really expanded when I signed up for an email mailing list for healthy recipes. This email distribution list sends subscribers a new healthy recipe every day. Some of them don’t sound so great, but once in a while they put something really yummy on this email list which I have to go and try. It’s just nice to have some variety while still keeping it healthy.
