Never being susceptible to overwhelming urges like gambling or drug use, I’ve always felt rather fortunate to not have had a need to look into treatment facilities for myself. Unfortunately, my best friend in the entire world was never quite as lucky. In fact, you might consider him the Eddie Haskel and me the Beaver of the bunch.

But now, he’s finally come to me, in confidence and has asked if I’ll help him to find some top notch Florida drug treatment centers. What else could I do but tell him of course. I was always there for him, so why would I stop now.

The process of researching these places was actually much easier than I had envisioned. Once the emotional surge had calmed down, I started checking out websites online. Since we live in the Pacific Northwest, my friend asked for someplace about as far away as possible, hence my searching in Florida for drug rehab services.

Before long, he and I were boarding a plane and jetting off to the Sunshine State. I decided that I’d make an extended vacation while he was rehabilitating and spent some time on the Gulf Coast side of the state. I can honestly report that both our times in Florida was some of the best ever spent!
