With my very small business of just selling a few odds and ends I come up with every month in rummage sales, I sometimes am perplexed as to the best way to go about pricing and then selling these items-some of them could very well be antiques!  And even though this is more of a hobby than a business, I actually make a fair piece of change each month, and it’s been the difference between paying my bills and not on several occasions.  So I want to treat it right and get some advice, like from a telemarketing consultant or something.

Well, maybe not telemarketing, because I think I’m appealing to online “rummages” not to dissimilar to myself.  I’d love to find out whether I’m better off going to a sort of online consignment store or what.  A little inside sales consulting could really help me.  But this is really still such a small endeavor.  So what I decided to do, was to learn a lot more about maybe how e-bay can help me.  I literally got one of those educational Cd’s from Video Professor.  It’s sort of a digital version of “E-bay for Dummies.”  Maybe that’s my best bet, at least for now.
