Learning to Fly

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the math and science skills to get my pilots license. But I was lucky enough to have an uncle who owned his own floater plane. My childhood is filled with memories of flying, seemingly a million miles above the lakes and trees and just being in heaven. As I got older, I started talking to my uncle about what it’s like owning a plane. Back then, his biggest problem was getting the right aircraft components without having to pay an extraordinary amount. He also hated the hassle of trying to track down the right avionics equipment. Thankfully the days of stressing out about finding the right bearings are over for him now. The reason for this is that the Internet has provided us with a wealth of information about locating and securing aircraft parts. There are now ways to simply enter a serial number and be instantly matched up with all of the available parts in the world.
With a few clicks of the mouse, you can have the part in only a matter of days. Things have certainly gotten a lot easier since the days of the first airplane so now there is more time to enjoy floating in the clouds.
